Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns up to 14 business days
Returns can be made up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product is without defect , has not been used , and is in its original packaging .
How to make a return

After receiving approval, the product must be sent to the following address:

Items sent without prior authorization for return will not be accepted.
Damage and malfunctions
In the event that the product is received damaged, incorrect, or injured, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the order so that we can investigate the problem and address it quickly.
Exceptions – items that cannot be returned
The following types of products cannot be returned:
- Perishable products such as food, flowers or plants.
- Customized products (special orders or products with engraving/dedication).
- Personal care products, cosmetics and health.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Also, products purchased on sale or gift cards cannot be returned .
Refunds
After receiving the product and inspecting it, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days .
It should be taken into account that there may be an additional delay on the part of the credit company or bank until the refund actually appears.
